The interaction of teacher, learner and librarian in the process of learning and teaching is bound to lend a fresh look to classroom mechanics, curriculum design and autonomous learning. With the transformation in every sphere of life, information science has rendered libraries limitless and borderless, storage and processing of all forms of communication is made possible through data mining centers and data repositories. The intricate interrelationship of Language, Literature and Library need to be explored in order to support research in and outside of courses. E-resources and e-tools available for teaching and learning language and literature need to be promoted rigorously and a lot many to be developed to match the needs of a new trans-cultural world and to catch the right flavor of target language and literature. Mechanical e-transformation (e.g. translation) needs to be minimized; teaching learning and researching need to be mediated; leveraging to be initiated for sustainability; delivery of promises of education technology to be ensured; much less expensive, simpler and convenient alternatives to expensive, complicated and inaccessible products and services need to be offered; user support system to be strengthened; and unpalatable collapse be avoided. Papers, which discuss the use and development of e-resources and e-tools available for teaching and learning language and literature, and cover any aspect of the effect of educational technology on teaching, learning, classrooms and libraries, are welcome. Subthemes other than the listed can also be included and a separate panel can be arranged if a group of 5 delegates is formed/ registered. No. 254/Jaipur/2009-10, has been organizing conferences for teacher development and promotion of quality research.  The first international conference was held from 27 to 29 January 2012 on the theme “Behaving Beyond Barriers, Boundaries & Biases: Creativity, Criticality & Communication” in association with the Department of Urdu & Persian, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. The second international conference was organized in association with Jaipur National University, Jaipur on the theme “E-learning Emancipatory English: Fast Forwarding the Future” from 29 to 31 January 2013. Sadaa International Conference on Miniature Paintings being organized from 29 to 31 December 2013 on the theme “Timeless Miniature Paintings” is the part of a separate series of conferences on fine arts and is envisaged as an attempt to create environment for the revival & restoration of the rich traditions of miniature paintings. Sadaa National Conference on Film & Theory was held on the theme “Cinematic Codes: Concerned Communications” from 26 to28 September 2013 in collaboration of S S Jain Subodh PG College, Jaipur. Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan, was founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber, after whom the city has been named. Jaipur is known as the Pink City of India because of the color used exclusively in the walled city. The city was built on the principles of Shilpa Shastra, the science of Indian Architecture. The city was divided into nine blocks. Two of which contained the state buildings and palaces, while the remaining seven were allotted to the public. Huge fortification walls were built, along with seven strong gates. The directions of each street and market are east to West and North to South. The Eastern gate is called Suraj (Sun) Pol, while the Western gate is called Chand (Moon) Pol. There are three gates facing East, West, and a Northern gate (known as Zorawar Singh gate) which faces toward the ancestral capital of Amber. Jaipur is rich in history and culture. Here the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces. The bustling bazaars of Jaipur, famous for jewellery, fabric and shoes, possess a timeless quality and are surely a treasure-trove for the shoppers. This fascinating city with its romantic charm takes you to an epoch of royalty and tradition. Jaipur has a hot semi-arid steppe climate. Temperature in the month of January varies from 8°C (46°F) to 23°C (73°F).
