Health Card Application form for the Employees

Health Card Application @ DDOREQ website

The A.P Treasuries Department in its website has introduced the application for Health Cards of Employees.

1. Go to https://treasury.ap.gov.in
2. click on Net services to Public
3. click on Employee operations
4. click on Multipurpose Employee Card
5. Enter your Treasury Employee ID
6. choose a username & password.(Consider a password common to all teachers)
7. click on LOGIN

  All the Employees have to feed their data and submit a print copy to the DDO.
